About the Role:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues related to our benefits
  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing necessary paperwork
  • Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Engaging in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our benefits
  • Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Engage in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Good verbal communication skills

  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups
  • Maintains good customer relations
  • Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
  • Team player
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or benefits industry

  • Strong knowledge of benefits and insurance products
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
