The Role
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to customers who are navigating the complex world of health insurance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries with a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
- Entering application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
- Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines to meet customer needs
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience using CRM systems and practices
- High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote work environment
- Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated and secure workspace
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, with a focus on health insurance or related industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with experience using tools like Salesforce or similar platforms
- Spanish Bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and support
- Experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements in the health insurance industry
