Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data collection team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing, into our database with high accuracy and efficiency
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and consistent
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of data entry, including timestamps and user information
- Collaborate with our research team to ensure that data is collected and entered in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in data entry and research methodologies
- Adhere to arenaflex's data security and confidentiality policies, ensuring that all sensitive information is protected
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or social sciences) preferred
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, or willingness to learn
- Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop with a webcam (for some studies)
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support a plus
