Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through inbound, billing, and customer support calls. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound, billing, and customer support calls
* Leverage your expertise to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Determine offerings customers are missing and make upgrade and add-on service recommendations
* Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
* Code sales accurately and completely
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
Requirements
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Familiarity with company processes and policies
* Clear, confident, and professional communication skills to build trust and rapport
* Understanding of "client call flow"
* Quick-thinking management of client needs
* Assertiveness to promote additional products and services
* Empathy and a sincere desire to assist and prioritize the customer
* Tenacity to understand and deliver on customers' needs
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with billing and customer support software
