What to Expect
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting callers with billing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Determining offerings customers are missing and making upgrade and add-on service recommendations
- Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Coding sales accurately and completely
- Providing exceptional customer service through clear, confident, and professional communication skills
- Building trust and rapport with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Managing client needs quickly and efficiently
- Promoting additional products and services to customers
- Empathizing with customers and prioritizing their needs

- A reliable computer, high-speed wired internet connection, and a phone with headset
- A background screening and passing a certification process

- High-speed wired internet connection (no WiFi)
- Phone with headset (USB headset with microphone required for certification)

- Meet the PC requirements (dual-core 2.8 GHz or better, 20 GB or more of available space, 4 GB of RAM or better, etc.)
- Meet the Mac requirements (Ethernet port, Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows, etc.)
- Access to a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
- Access to a hard-wired land line telephone service
