Responsibilities

As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to patients, pharmacies, and doctor offices.
  • Researching Information: Utilize databases to resolve complex customer service issues and provide accurate information.
  • Maintaining Composure: Remain calm and composed in escalated situations, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
  • Operating Accurately and Efficiently: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities with ease and accuracy.
  • 100% Attendance: Attend training sessions and adhere to assigned schedules with minimal assistance.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At Least 1 Year of Call Center Experience: Proven experience in a call center environment, with a strong track record of customer service and issue resolution.
  • At Least 1 Year of Work-at-Home Experience: Demonstrated ability to work independently from home, with minimal supervision.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Ability to work independently, with minimal assistance, and adhere to assigned schedules.
  • Excellent Verbal, Written, and Listening Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information.
  • Professional and Articulate Voice: Possess a professional and articulate voice, with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to Multi-Task: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and computer applications simultaneously.
  • Computer Savvy: Proficient in using computer applications, with the ability to resolve minor technical issues.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations and problem-solving.
  • At Least 18 Years of Age or Older: Meet the minimum age requirement for this role.
  • High School Diploma or GED: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Work-at-Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:

  • Desktop or Laptop: A compatible desktop or laptop computer (Apple/Mac, Tablets or Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible).
  • Operation System: Windows 10 or newer.
  • Webcam: A webcam with video capabilities.
  • Computer Specifications: A computer with at least 4GB of RAM and a Processor speed – i3 4th generation or better.
  • High-Speed Internet: A high-speed internet connection via wired ethernet, with an upload speed of 3Mbps and a download speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Internet Service Provider: A highly stable internet service provider (ISP) with 1% or less packet loss and latency under 100ms.
  • USB Headset: A USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech are recommended).
  • Cell Phone or Tablet: An available cell phone or tablet for installing our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication.
  • 2nd Computer Monitor or 1 Monitor 32" or Larger: A 2nd computer monitor or a 1 monitor 32" or larger (TV's are compatible).
