Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Greer, SC. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our site and/or Region by way of data entry, record keeping, and other office support services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to team members
  • Assist with other office support services, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software, such as Excel or Access

  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and protocols
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
