Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation and Perks
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be paid a competitive hourly rate of $25-$29 per hour, with a $2 shift differential. You will also be eligible for multiple bonus programs and a comprehensive benefits package.
