Job Summary

As a Chat and Email Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, handling customer inquiries and providing solutions that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via chat and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns

  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support processes and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat and email environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools, including chat platforms and email management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products and services

  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
