Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support in both English and Spanish. If you're fluent in both languages and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide personalized support and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
