Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide personalized support and solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
