Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Operating a cash register and handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the inside and outside of the store
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interacting with customers daily, all while working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
