Experienced Receptionist/Customer Service Representative – Front Desk Support & Client Liaison

Job Description:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience. You'll partner closely with members of our Customer Service and Operations teams to deliver top-notch service and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors, and answer multiple phone lines, directing incoming calls efficiently. - Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, processing return samples to customers in a timely manner. - Enter samples into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. - Provide additional support to the Customer Service team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional client experiences. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement process improvements.
Schedule:
This full-time position requires a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with working hours from 8am to 5pm. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Receptionist or Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Excellent professional, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with experience in CRM databases (SAP or other) a plus. - A clean driving record, as you may be required to assist with courier duties when needed. - Ability to lift up to 25lbs, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
