Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to provide accurate and confident responses to customer questions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
