Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and navigating customers through our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
- Develop product and solutions expertise, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
