Job Summary

As a Commercial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial clients, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, building trust and rapport through effective communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a commercial or business-to-business (B2B) setting - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
