Job Description:

As a Seasonal Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in processing written customer orders, taking telephone orders, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient data entry processes. We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process written customer orders with accuracy and efficiency - Take telephone orders in a fast-paced environment - Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations - Work collaboratively with the Customer Relations team to ensure seamless communication and efficient data entry processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and orders - Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

- Ability to type at least 50 wpm - Great phone etiquette and strong communication skills - High call volume experience a plus - Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems - Availability to work full-time, 6 am-6 pm, or be "flexible" within those hours - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or data entry position - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
