Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Be comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Be able to stand, walk, and handle baggage for an eight-hour shift
  • Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Have the ability to communicate with other departments and flight crews
  • Be eligible to acquire and maintain credentials vital for the position
  • Pass a background check
  • Pass a pre-placement drug screen
  • Obtain required training certifications, perform safety checks, and successfully complete job functions
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Have reliable, punctual attendance and meet our uniform and appearance standards
  • Be willing and able to work 100% on-site
