Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Billing & Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Accurately and efficiently processing billing and data entry tasks in a fast-paced environment * Reviewing and verifying financial documents for accuracy and completeness * Identifying and resolving discrepancies in billing and data entry * Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information with discretion * Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow * Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Exceptional data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process large volumes of data * Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * Ability to work part-time hours, with a minimum of 20 hours per week Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience in a logistics or transportation industry setting * Familiarity with billing and data entry software and systems * Certification in data entry or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
