Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on promotions and offers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality, as well as transportation to and from work
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, setting the example for exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as business or hospitality
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience working in a team environment and contributing to sales goals
