Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, operating a cash register, and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience. You'll model and share customer service best practices with your team members, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Answer questions and provide information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Model and share customer service best practices with team members, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or customer service preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or pharmacy settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail or pharmacy environment, with knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other retail technology
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
