Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager for Amazon Publisher Cloud, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with our publisher and advertiser partners. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the advertising and publishing industries, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with experience working with data analytics tools and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
