Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.

Work Environment

* Our Reno Branch is located at 8800 Military Road, Reno, NV 89506.

  • Onsite shift hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment with a team of experienced customer service professionals.

Compensation

* Pay from $22 to $27 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!
