Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Administrative Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our Smart Club administration team, you'll be responsible for processing data, managing operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Administrative Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Processing data entry for our Smart Club program, including customer information, payment processing, and system updates
  • Managing operations, including scheduling, customer communication, and issue resolution
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following essential qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of data entry experience, preferably in a customer-facing or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing or administrative role in the HVAC or energy efficiency industry
  • Knowledge of data entry software, such as Excel or Access
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with process improvement and quality control
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
