Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues, and promoting arenaflex products and services. You will work closely with our customers, colleagues, and management team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a full or part-time opportunity, and we are looking for individuals who are available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints and issues, and promoting arenaflex products and services

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or service industry environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a convenience retail or service industry environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with technology, including point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management software
