Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers in English and Spanish. Your passion for customer service, combined with your technical skills and product knowledge, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

* Experience working in a shipping, packaging, or business supplies industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems
