Position Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
