Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You'll work closely with our sales team to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering suggestions to improve their experience

  • Work closely with the sales team to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services, including our loyalty program and special offers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales or cashiering role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and point-of-sale systems

  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales strategies
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
