Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or convenience store environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, and standing
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to use a point-of-sale system and other technology as needed
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
