Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate I, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers are informed about our products and services
  • Collaborating with the Loss Prevention team to identify and prevent shoplifting, theft, and other forms of loss
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Working effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, meet customer needs, and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely throughout the store
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of loss prevention principles and practices
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Certification in loss prevention or a related field
