Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate I, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers are informed about our products and services
- Collaborating with the Loss Prevention team to identify and prevent shoplifting, theft, and other forms of loss

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
