Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and memorable. Key Responsibilities

* Provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service to customers

  • Answer questions and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Model and share customer service best practices with all team members
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working in a retail or healthcare environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
