Position Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using cutting-edge technology
- Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Assisting customers in navigating arenaflex's website and online ordering platform
- Developing product and solutions expertise to answer customer questions confidently and accurately

Minimum Requirements
