Job Summary
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing expert product knowledge and solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
