Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Shakopee, MN. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for identifying customer requirements, working closely with Sales, Customer Financial, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-performance environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus
