Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Engagement Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with store teams to drive sales growth, achieve sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to enhance the shopping experience and increase customer loyalty

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred
