Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, escalating concerns when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, leveraging this knowledge to provide informed guidance and recommendations

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including client satisfaction, issue resolution rates, and application processing times

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools, including phone, chat, and email platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in application processing

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
