Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team in Burr Ridge, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve concerns

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication tools
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment with a similar product or industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
