Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Service Advisor to join our team in Ehrenberg, AZ. As a Customer Service/Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating service center scheduling and workflow, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, technicians, and management. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the trucking or repair industry
