Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat interactions

  • Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information and support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
