Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our loan and title loan products
  • Assisting potential borrowers with the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of loan and title loan products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
