Position Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and resolve issues
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product expert and answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Minimum Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
