Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented bilingual administrative assistant & data entry specialist to join our team in New Caney, TX. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing exceptional support to our telemarketing team, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Responsibilities

As a bilingual administrative assistant & data entry specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with data entry and basic organization using Google Sheets
  • Providing support to the telemarketing team with administrative tasks
  • Learning to manage tasks independently with team support
  • Helping to organize and execute daily operations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 0-2 years of administrative experience; experience in a fast-paced environment a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and follow instructions
