Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
  • Selling products to customers, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing fast and friendly service to customers
  • Strong sales and customer care skills, with a focus on driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work as part of a team, contributing to daily goals and objectives
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical requirements as outlined below

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
