Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sterling, VA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Professionally answering incoming service calls and resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and adjusting technicians' schedules as needed
- Dispatching service technicians according to the schedule
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Adjust technicians' schedules as needed to ensure timely service delivery
- Dispatch service technicians according to the schedule, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
* 3-5 years of customer service phone experience in a similar service industry (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing)
- Geographical knowledge of the service area or map reading skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all types of customers
- Outstanding communication and customer satisfaction skills
- Good computer/typing/data entry skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 5 years of dispatch/customer service experience in a similar service industry
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
Schedule Requirements
* Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week
- May include some evenings and Saturdays
- Periodic overtime may be required
- Regular, timely, and predictable adherence to assigned work schedule is an essential function of the job
