What makes the ideal Caregiver Lead?

As a Caregiver Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their homes, while also providing personal companionship, support, and advocacy. You'll be a trusted partner and advocate for our clients, working closely with them and their families to understand their needs and preferences.

Essential Functions:

As a Caregiver Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes, in a safe and professional manner
  • Providing personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
  • Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
  • Completing administrative tasks, such as documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Caregiver Lead at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and TB test
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support services

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience in healthcare or social services
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, or other related areas
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
