Experienced Full Stack Chat Services Administrator – Strategic Communications and IT Support for USSTRATCOM

As a Full Stack Chat Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the USSTRATCOM mission by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments. You will be responsible for maintaining chat platforms, coordinating with external service providers, troubleshooting technical issues, managing chat settings, enforcing community guidelines, managing user profiles and access levels, implementing new features or updates, and tracking and reporting on chat activity and user engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain chat platforms owned by USSTRATCOM
- Coordinate with external service providers to isolate faults and errors and provide mitigations
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the chat
- Manage chat settings, enforce community guidelines, manage user profiles and access levels
- Implement new features or updates
- Track and report on chat activity and user engagement metrics
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- Required Experience: 3+ years of experience
- Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Required Certifications: Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC
- Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundations; Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate; or Zoom Certified Integrator; or Google Workspace Administrator; or Certified Unified Communications Professional; or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
