As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our internal chat employment leads, ensuring that our team members are equipped with the necessary information and resources to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our team members are informed and equipped to provide exceptional care and support to our clients

  • Maintain visibility of the job posting to "Internal" only, preventing it from going out to job boards
  • Collaborate with our team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in care and support

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a care or support role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a care or support role with a focus on internal chat employment leads

  • Knowledge of AidQuest and its employment lead management system
  • Experience working with a variety of clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
