Key Responsibilities
* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our team members are informed and equipped to provide exceptional care and support to our clients
- Maintain visibility of the job posting to "Internal" only, preventing it from going out to job boards
- Collaborate with our team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and team members
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in care and support
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a care or support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
