Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Concord, NH. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing various data and document sources for accuracy, completing data entry, and ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

* Review various data and document sources for accuracy and completeness

  • Complete data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, or verify information or data
  • Review data/documentation specifically related to blueprints and/or permits
  • Proactively communicate information to supervisors, co-workers, and vendors by telephone, in written form, email, or in person
  • Run various database user queries and searches using Microsoft Access
  • Convert Word to PDF, bind multiple PDFs into one, redact text, and highlight in Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with Internet Browsers (i.e., Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox)
  • Collaborate with team members using Microsoft Teams for shared files and document/file collaboration
  • Apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Lift a full banker's box (approximately 35 pounds)

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with database software (e.g., Microsoft Access)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Professional

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with blueprints and/or permits

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and shared file collaboration
  • Experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
