Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work collaboratively with our team to process customer orders and inquiries, provide product and solutions expertise, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience.
- Develop product and solutions expertise to answer customer questions quickly and confidently.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
