Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their accounts are accurately documented, and adhering to state and federal regulations. Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Assist customers with their accounts, providing detailed explanations of account statuses, and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Ensure all account information is accurately documented in our client's system, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and security.
- Delinquent Accounts: Assist customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines, providing guidance and support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support while maintaining compliance.
- Performance Metrics: Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time, achieve Quality Assurance goals, and adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.).
- Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, actively listening to understand their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
Requirements
• Prior Call Center Experience: We require prior call center experience, as this role demands a high level of expertise in customer service and account management.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical Skills: Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers, with proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Active Listening: Demonstrate active listening skills, understanding customers' needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Exhibit great problem-solving skills, thinking critically to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
Nice-to-Haves
• Microsoft Office Certification: Possess a certification in Microsoft Office, demonstrating expertise in applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Call Center Software Experience: Experience with call center software, such as CRM systems or IVR platforms.
