Job Description
As a customer service representative on our paid panel, you'll have the chance to participate in a variety of market research tasks, including focus groups, clinical trials, and online surveys. You'll have the flexibility to choose from a range of opportunities, including in-person and remote participation. This is an excellent opportunity to supplement your income, gain valuable experience, and develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in paid national and local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies
- Complete written and/or oral instructions as part of the discussion
- Fill out written surveys provided for each panel
- Test and review new products or services before they are released to the public
- Provide honest feedback on products and services to help shape the future of arenaflex
Qualifications
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- High-speed internet connection is necessary
- Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
- Customer service representative agent experience is not compulsory
- US residents only
